Delivery & Returns
All deliveries will be sent via ime Royal mail, sign for on delivery service. So please bare in mind a signature will be required on delivery.
The cost of postage and packaging depends on the size of your purchased item. All postage and package costs will be quoted at the time of ordering and will be seperate to the price of the piece ordered. For our bespoke service please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
If you do have an urgent request then please do contact me and I will see what I can do...
To ensure that is arrives in perfect condition all items will be boxed for delivery.
If an item is made bespoke to your specification, unfortunately, these items cannot be returned to us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please do contact us - I want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, if I can do anything to help under the return policy I will.
If you do want to return the item this should be returned to Glitz & Glamour within 7 working days of receipt in its original unworn condition.
No refunds will be given for items that have been obviously worn, only a refund will be considered if the item is deemed faulty.
Return postage to be paid by the customer.
Refunds will not include the original postage costs.
Any notification of items received outsides of these guidelines will not be subject to a refund.
